Kinnaird is situated in a magnificent 9,000 acres of spectacular Perthshire countryside. The Kinnaird Estate consists of the original Edwardian mansion and eight charmingly furnished individually-styled cottages, located at secluded spots around the Estate.
Although Kinnaird is a hotel the atmosphere is one of a large country house. Guests can relax before lunch or dinner in the Cedar room with its deep cushioned sofas and club chairs. There are two studies which have both remained as small drawing rooms, ideal for reading, or for a small lunch or dinner, a private drinks party, morning coffee or afternoon tea.
'The Retreat' is the latest addition to life at Kinnaird. Situated up in the peace and quiet of the top floor, it is a place of tranquility for beauty treatments including Jessica Manicure, pedicure, aromatherapy and a wide variety of massage and body techniques. Active minded guests can fish for trout or salmon either on the Tay or on one of the three lochs on the estate, knock a ball about on the all weather tennis court, discover the traditional excitemnet of the croquet and bowling lawns, walk for miles through the majestic surrounding countryside, play golf nearby or shoot clay pigeons.
