Stone Court is a spacious New England style seaside home, 30 seconds from the beach, with a large garden and outdoor heated swimming pool. It is on a private and gated seaside estate with security guards ensuring that only people who live on the estate have access to the beach.
The interior designed villa has 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suites plus extra baths and basins in other bedrooms. It can sleep up to 20; 16 adults plus 4 children in the bunkbed room.
All 9 bedrooms are themed ranging from New England, Oriental Gold, Princess Pink to Colonial. Beds are either super King, zip and link or double beds all of which are very comfortable, with lovely crisp linen and fluffy towels.
It is a fantastic house for entertaining and has flexibility in the configuration of beds and dining. Two dining rooms, a double height 30 ft long Smallbone kitchen including all the latest mod cons, complemented by the same size drawing room with an adjacent TV room. All bedrooms have plasma's, TVs or DVD machines.
There are two main outside eating areas and the feel in the garden is very much one of a traditional English country garden, with the sound of waves lapping in the distance. The BBQ area seats up to 24.
Guests tend to spend their time on the beach, walking, sailing and playing tennis. There are various activities and sites to visit and festivals to attend, including Arundel and Brighton Festivals, Goodwood and Glyndebourne.
