Wonderful Walks along the Lake Shore and the Estate This is the whole part of Crom. Complete peace and quiet and traffic/aircraft noise free. Discover the estate which is such a haven for wildlife, nature and outstanding beauty.
Culliagh's Walk (May & June only) The Culliagh's is a magical wood that comes alive between May and June. Here you can walk and take in the many different plants and flowers that are out this time of year.
National Trust Visitors Centre Since 1987 the National Trust have looked after and kept Crom to an excellent standard. Take a look at the Visitors Centre where you can learn the history of Crom and its ancestry.
Summer Evening Boat Trips (May to early September only) Weather permitting, the summer evenings can be beautiful at Crom. Take a trip in the estate 'cot' which dates back many years and was used for ferrying the estate people to school and church. You can now enjoy a trip around the estate with an aperitif and appreciate Crom from the water.
Sunday Church by Boat There is morning prayer at Holy Trinity, Crom at 11.40 am every Sunday (except the 4th Sunday in the month). This unusual trip to church takes a few minutes and the boat will be there to bring you back in time for lunch.

The Yew Tree This is the oldest tree in Ireland, possibly in Europe and can be found in the grounds of the ruins of Old Crom Castle.
