Baledmund is a delightful Victorian family home, situated on elevated land overlooking Pitlochry. The House sits above the town and is surrounded by fields and woods, so is very private. The property is extremely comfortable with lots of family portraits.It is primarly a family home and it has a very welcoming and cosy feel. This is a super property for large family groups.
There is a well equipped kitchen beside a spacious breakfast room for informal dining. The dining room seats 16 and a cosy drawing room adjacent. The house has a tv room with satellite and dvds and there is also a playroom and billiard room on the first floor. So plenty of space for recreation. Outside, Baledmund has extensive grounds for woodland walks and a hard surfaced tennis court.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a single room (with basin) which shares a bathroom and shower room with a small double and a big double (which also both have basins). On the next floor, there are 4 twin bedded rooms which share 2 bathrooms (1 with shower). In the old wing of the house, there is a further twin bedroom with it's own bathroom. The House is ideal for 16 guests.
