Hoscote House sits within a private and secluded 450 acre estate in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Built in 1858, this luxurious and beautifully maintained country house accommodates up to 18 people in great comfort, with a further three cottages on the estate for larger parties. The house features a wonderfully spacious and relaxing Conservatory from which to enjoy the surrounding countryside in all weather. The adjacent Dairy houses a sauna, fitness room , sheltered hot tub and decked area. The Walled Garden has a large built in gazebo which is decked and fitted with a bar and garden furniture.
This is a fabulous retreat for private house parties, weddings and celebrations, and corporate events. There is a wide range of outdoor activities, from fishing the trout filled loch on the estate, to golfing on a number of local courses. Hoscote is well placed for you to explore the tranquil beauty of the Border Region, visiting the towns, castles and abbeys that blend effortlessly into the idyllic Border landscape. |
